Who we are
This website is operated by M. Neofytou & D. Mavromoustakos Ltd, trading as NEMA, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 21470, VAT number CY10021470Y. Our office is at 26C I. Polemi Street, Limassol, and you can reach us on +357 25733200.
Our registered office, as filed with the Registrar of Companies, is that same address.

What this notice covers
This explains what happens to the information you give us through the enquiry forms on this website, and what the website itself records while you use it. It does not cover what happens after we begin discussing a purchase with you: that has its own contract and its own paperwork.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
The form on our contact page, and on each project page, records:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your telephone number, if you give one.
- Your message, and the type of enquiry you chose.
- How you would prefer us to reply: by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp.
- Which project you were looking at, and the address of the page you wrote from.
- Your confirmation that we may use these details to reply to you.
The website also records the IP address your enquiry is sent from, together with the website address you arrived on. We use the IP address for one thing only: to limit how many enquiries can be sent from a single connection in a short period. That is what prevents the form being used to send automated bulk messages. It is not used to identify you, and it is not included in the notification we receive.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use these details for a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and to discuss the property or service you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has asked us to get in touch.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to. We do not sell them. We do not share them with anyone beyond the three companies named below.
Who else handles your information
Three companies process your enquiry on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and carries your connection to it.
- Supabase, which stores the enquiry in a database located in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Microsoft, through which the notification of your enquiry is delivered to our sales mailbox.
The notification we receive contains your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, the page you wrote from, your consent confirmation and your message. It does not contain your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for two years from the last time we were in contact with you about it, and then delete it. If we go on to agree a purchase, the contract and the paperwork that goes with it are kept separately, for as long as the law requires.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it at all. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your information badly, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. What it does about content embedded from other companies is explained on our Cookie Policy page.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiries, we will update this page. This version is dated 23 September 2026.
