NEMA was founded in 1983, by two longtime friends, Marios Neophytou and Demetris Mavromoustakos, who shared a vision for providing the best in the construction sector. The passion and hard work created today’s well-known and highly respected Construction and Developing company, M.Neophytou & D.Mavromoustakos Ltd.
Specializing in the construction & development sector, NEMA carries its projects in Cyprus and mainly in Limassol, with an amazing construction and development combined number.

With an experience spanning since 1983, our in-house professional team, designs, coordinates, supervises and executes all varieties of projects, from high-end villas and residential buildings, to luxury office blocks, large scale industrial buildings, public schools and more.
