The short answer
This website sets no cookies of its own. It carries no analytics, no advertising pixels and no visitor tracking. Nothing you do here is stored in your browser by us.
Why this page still exists
Some pages point to content that belongs to another company: a map, a video, or a virtual tour of a property. None of it loads on this site. Each appears as a panel naming the company that provides it, with a link that opens it on that company's own website.
If you follow that link, your browser goes to that company directly, and from that moment their cookie and privacy rules apply rather than ours. If you never follow it, that company is never contacted and sets nothing in your browser.
What the earlier version of this website used
Before this site was rebuilt and brought in-house, it ran a consent banner from another company that sorted cookies into five categories: strictly necessary, functional, analytical, performance and advertising. None of those are in use here. We mention it because you may remember the banner from an earlier visit.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you see which cookies a site has stored, delete them, and refuse new ones. The setting is usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking cookies will not stop this website working, because it does not depend on any.
